We understand the handover phase of construction project is vital to the success of the project. When the project is nearing practical completion, FTJ begin preparing the handover for the project handover starting with:
- Testing and Commissioning. Owner will receive all construction certificates, as well as the built documentation, operations and maintenance manuals.
- Defect Management. The procedure agreed to remedy the defects.
- Project Handover and Move In.
